Sri Ramkrishna High school participate in Namma Kanasu Swaccha Mangaluru

 Namma Kanasu Swaccha Mangaluru  – Inter School Clean City Contest organized by TEAM KANASU KANNU THEREDAGA flags off in the heart of Mangalore City with the high school students of SRI RAMAKRISHNA SCHOOL actively taking part and picking the waste up from every nook and corner towards  C.V Nayak Hall. With a vision to promote cleanliness and in order to instill a sense of responsibility for their surroundings this contest by team KKT is also aimed at creating awareness among commuters.

Team Kanasu Kannu Theredaga believes that the children could well become the harbingers of that change in our attitude towards keeping our city clean and in escalating Mangalore from 8^th cleanest city in India to the 1^st. and is thankful to the students for their tireless dedication and passion for the same.

Students of RAMAKRISHNA High School told team KKT that they were very happy to have been involved in an activity and are very eager to step up and motivate others around them to keep the surroundings clean and tidy. After the program, Director Santhosh Shetty Kateel and Producer Thammanna Shetty involved themselves in an interactive session with the students asking about their experience and their vision for clean Mangalore. Director Santhosh Shetty Kateel also told briefed the students of his upcoming movie Kanasu Kannu THeredaga which will be releasing on July 24^th .

The response from the students was truly overwhelming and team KKT is extremely grateful to the Headmistress of Sri Ramakrishna School and the teachers for their tireless dedication and time. Team KKT is all set to conduct these competitions in schools around Mangalore District in the month of July 2015 and is extremely grateful to have more schools on board for NANNA KANASU SWACCHA MANGALURU.
