Mangalore: With a vision to promote cleanliness and environmental friendly practices among students, in order to install a sense of responsibility for their surroundings, team Kanasu Kannu Theredhaga is organizing an Inter School Clean City Contest “NANNA KANASU SWACCHA MANGALURU” in association with SHIELD TRUST and RAMA KRISHNA MISSION for all schools in Mangalore district. Alongside Inter School City competition, team KKT will be also conducting essay writing and poster art contest for all budding writers and artists.
D.D.P.I Mangalore has granted permission for this competition and an invitation is sent to all the schools of Mangalore district via post. Many schools from Mangalore city and Puttur have registered for this contest. We hope all the schools have received our invitation with the copy of permission letter by DDPI. St. Aloysius High school, Canara Main Dongarkeri, Canara Composite High School Urwa, Sri Ramakrisna High School Bunts Hostel, St. Agnes English Primary School, St. Agnes Kannada Medium School, Chinmaya School Mangalore and many other schools have already registered in this contest and appreciated team KKT for its effort. We would be extremely grateful to have more schools participate in this contest. Please register your school and team KKT requests all the teachers and parents to urge their children to actively take part in this competition.
Kanasu Kannu Theredaga will be releasing on July 24th 2015 and this movie is packed with messages for children and is sure to motivate kids to step up and bring a change in the society.
